On the day of your arrival, the driver will be giving you a call on the phone number provided on your reservation. The driver will be waiting by the "Baggage Claim" area with a welcome sign and a display of your name.

You will be dropped off at Gold Tower Valet and greeted by a dedication team member. Your check in will be completed at Valet.

You are set for a 1PM complimentary late check out. On the day of your departure, the driver will be giving you a call on the phone number provided on your reservation. The driver will be waiting for you at the Gold Tower Valet an hour before your designated pick-up time.
