Property Enhancements
Starting Monday afternoon April 13th until Tuesday afternoon April 14th, the Golden Nugget Las Vegas will be performing an enhancement to our internal systems. While we are working on the upgrade, we want to inform you of a temporary change that may affect your stay.
At this time, guests will not be able to charge purchases from our retail and restaurant outlets to their rooms. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Guests will also be unable to request early check-in on Tuesday, April 14th.
Please be assured that all property systems will continue to operate without interruption during your stay.

- When arriving to the Golden Nugget Las Vegas please check in using our Check In Kiosks located in the Gold Tower Lobby. These Kiosks are available 24/7.
- You will need the following items for check in:
- Valid Photo ID
- Confirmation Number
- Valid Credit Card
- If you require assistance, a member from our guest service team will be happy to assist you at the Gold Tower Registration area.

- Guests will be provided automatic room cleaning service during their stay. However, it's important to note that fulfilling this request is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- To request replacement or additional room amenities such as towels, soaps, and toiletries, please send a text message with the keyword "ITEM" to 702-500-1606. Alternatively, you can press the "Housekeeping" key on the phone located in your guestroom.

- All reservations will incur a daily $46 Resort Fee plus applicable taxes added to the room rate at room registration, unless previous agreements have been arranged.
- The Resort Fee gives you access to:
- Fitness Center for two, not including the spa wet areas. *Proper gym attire and closed toe shoes are required.

- All guest rooms and suites are NON-Smoking/Vaping. Smoking nor Vaping is permitted in any rooms. If you or anyone in your party chooses to smoke/vape in the hotel room, a $500.00 refreshing/Deep Cleaning fee will be charged to your account.

- Guest are encouraged to upgrade into rooms/suites that offers built-in refrigerators and coffee makers to guarantee your request. Please visit the upgrade page to view room/suite options that offer these amenities.
- Our in-room refrigerators DO NOT come with a freezer unit. We do not offer freezer units on property.
- Rooms that have coffee makers come with one Keurig coffee maker and 4 coffee PODS of different varieties. Additional PODS may be ordered upon request at an additional charge.
- Microwaves or cooking devices are not available or permitted in any rooms.
