• Guests will be provided automatic room cleaning service during their stay. However, it's important to note that fulfilling this request is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• To request replacement or additional room amenities such as towels, soaps, and toiletries, please send a text message with the keyword "ITEM" to 702-500-1606. Alternatively, you can press the "Housekeeping" key on the phone located in your guestroom.

• Room assignment preferences are first come, first serve unless preference guarantee package purchased. 
• If you have specific room request, it may delay your check in experience. 
• Due to our physical location in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas, some rooms might experience exterior noise from outside the hotel. 

Upgrade options might be available for rooms that are known to experience less noise and offer enhanced amenities. 

Hotel registration starts at 4 pm daily. Early registration is available for an additional one-time fee based on room availability. The cost ranges from $30 to $50 based on the time of registration before 4 pm. 

If you have specific room request, it may delay your check in experience.  Please have your confirmation number and photo ID ready to help expedite your check in.

All guest rooms and suites are NON-Smoking/Vaping. Smoking nor Vaping is permitted in any rooms. If you or anyone in your party chooses to smoke/vape in the hotel room, a $500.00 refreshing/Deep Cleaning fee will be charged to your account. 

• Guest are encouraged to upgrade into rooms/suites that offers built-in refrigerators and coffee makers to guarantee your request. Please visit the upgrade page to view room/suite options that offer these amenities.
• Our in-room refrigerators DO NOT come with a freezer unit.  We do not offer freezer units on property.
• Rooms that have coffee makers come with one Keurig coffee maker and 4 coffee PODS of different varieties. Additional PODS may be ordered upon request at an additional charge.  
• Microwaves or cooking devices are not available or permitted in any rooms.

All reservations will incur a daily $46 Resort Fee plus applicable taxes added to the room rate at room registration, unless previous agreements have been arranged.

• Check out is promptly at 11am. You may request a late check out if available for an additional charge. 
• Luggage storage is available at the bell desk. 
• Your receipt will be emailed to the email address listed on your reservation on the morning of your departure.
• Physical visitation to the front desk for check out is not required. 

 Luggage delivery and pick up is available at any time throughout your stay. 

• For safety purposes, guests are not permitted to operate bell desk luggage carts.

 Our self-parking garage may fill to maximum capacity rapidly, thus limiting availability. 

• Self-parking is an amenity included in the nightly resort fee charge

• Gold Tower Valet is open 24/7 at the cost of $25 per vehicle, per day.
  • Prices are subject to change during special event dates.
